Estimation of freight charge
We quote air freight charges and any related local charges, confirming incoterms and other conditions.
Receiving shipping order & Flight booking
We consider the cargo details, and shipper's needs, we make a reservation at most appropriate airline.
Checking with overseas agent
In case of nominated shipment from overseas, we check with the overseas agent, and make a reservation for the flight as agreed
Receiving Export Related Document
We receive commercial invoice and packing list from shippers. If necessary, we pick up the original documents at shipper's office.
Freight Pick-Up
We pick up the freight at the time and the places the shipper requires, and transport the freight to the airport.
Taking freight in airlines warehouse or owned bond-warehouse
At the gate of warehouse, airlines staff measure the gross weight, and dimension.
If shippers want, we can keep the cargoes at our warehouse in Incheon airport untill flight date.

Export customs declaration
We receive export custom declaration sheet from shipper. If shipper requests, we declare the esport customs through our customs broker.
Issuing Mawb & Hawb
We issue master airway bill(Mawb) and house airway bill(Hawb), based on the shipping documents of the shipper.
Submission of AWB to Airline
We submit the completed MAWB and HAWB shipping documents in air pouch to the airline.
Flight departure
The freight is loaded by the booked flight, and the flight departs.
Issuing Hawb & Notifying to Partner
We issue the original Hawb to the shipper, and transmit the pre-alert to the agent vefore arrival.
The destination agent notifies the cnee of the cargo arrival in advance.

Issuing the freight invoice
We bill the freight charge to the shipper or the agent as agreed.
